I am a trauma-informed therapist trained in EMDR, SomEx, Partner Betrayal Trauma, breathwork and DBT. I enjoy weaving ceremony and ritual into my work with an emphasis on grounding and somatic experiences. Using an attachment-focused lens, I work with clients to improve communication and connection in their relationships. I believe we are are interconnected species and everyone is capable of living a life of purpose and meaning in healthy relationship to themselves and others. The mind-body-spirit connection is the foundation of what I teach and practice.
I offer EMDR, SomEx, mindfulness, DBT skills, EFT & Gottman principles for couples and relational counseling. I interweave somatic and experiential modalities (such as breath practices) to help clients reconnect with their bodies. I work with clients to ground and regulate to decrease anxiety and before moving into deeper trauma-focused work.
