With 18+ years as a special education teacher, certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and training as a therapist, I support teens (14+), young adults, and adults through emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is structured, compassionate, and evidence-based. I'm also EMDRIA-trained to provide EMDR therapy for trauma and healing. I'm here to help.
