You may be here because something in your life isn’t making sense anymore, or because you’ve begun to wonder whether there is more to understand about what you’re going through. I’d like to get to know you and your story so that, together, we can begin to understand what is happening and find a way forward that feels true to you. As we sit together, we may notice patterns, connections, and parts of your experience that have been difficult to see on your own. Meaningful change can take time. My hope is that, through greater understanding, pain can gradually become insight, resilience, and a deeper trust in your own way forward.
Sometimes what we struggle with makes more sense when we understand it in the context of our history, relationships, and patterns. Together, we can get curious about what keeps repeating and what your thoughts, feelings, and body may be telling us. With time, we can begin to untangle those patterns and the knots in your stomach.
