My approach is client centered and grounded in compassion. We will identify patterns contributing to distress, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change. I tailor treatment to each person’s unique goals while helping clients build self-awareness, confidence, and healthier ways of responding to challenges.
