Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT)
CPRT is a 10-week evidence-based treatment (over 115 peer-reviewed research studies showing its efficacy) for equipping parents to support children who are presenting with emotional or behavioral concerns. CPRT enables parents to become the therapeutic agent of change by teaching them how to conduct 30 minute, weekly therapeutic play sessions at home. Parents will meet for two hours each week in group, learning one new skill to implement, and then report back to troubleshoot together. Parents can expect to feel supported, understood and not judged, and empowered to move forward in their parenting journey with practical skills.

Expressive Arts Therapy Group for Teen Girls
EmpowerHER Expressive Arts Therapy Group offers a creative, supportive space where middle and high school girls can build confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, and connect with peers through a variety of art forms, including painting, collage, sculpture, mask making, journaling, and more. No prior art experience needed. Each session combines hands-on art activities with guided discussions to help participants deepen self-awareness, emotional regulation, and social connection. This group is ideal for teens girls who struggle with self-esteem or emotional expression, are navigating depression and/or anxiety, and/or could benefit from creative, peer-supported healing experiences.
