About
Together we will build a safe, collaborative relationship to help you learn new coping skills and make well-informed decisions regarding your life path. Over time, you will become more confident in who you are, how you feel, and where you're headed.
I have a special interest in helping navigate the overwhelm and distress of infertility and IVF, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. I can help adults or adolescents manage depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, and express and integrate feelings related to family transitions. I also provide support through the process of separation and divorce.
Please email me for more information or to schedule an appointment.
