It can really help to have someone with experience look at your situation from the outside and help you to see alternative ways of interacting. I would like to help you to bring out the strengths in you and your family.
I specialize in helping women with depression, anxiety or trauma find their strength and hope. I have been fortunate to be able to provide psychotherapy to children and their families for the last 26 years. I enjoy guiding parents who are navigating the school system for their child who is having difficulty learning or behaving at school.
