I am a counselor with much life experience as well as professional knowledge. I work with clients who deal with a variety of mental health issues including depression and anxiety. I also am experienced in working with grief and relationship issues. Maternal mental health including postpartum, fertility, and pregnancy loss are also offered in my practice.
My approach to therapy is directive, while also working to make sure you feel seen and heard. I do see couples, however availability is limited based on scheduling.
