I specialize working with clients 18+ years of age. I help clients learn how to cope on a daily basis with; relationships, depression, anxiety, codependency, trauma, self esteem, spiritual trauma & LGBTQAI+ issues. I believe the therapeutic relationship fosters an environment to heal and learn healthy coping. ALL in our office are affirming!
