I'm a therapist committed to providing quality, focused therapy to those struggling with the hard realities that life sometimes sends our way. I work best with adults and older teens and I have a great deal of experience working with those struggling with past trauma and mood disorders.
I approach therapy from a cognitive/behavior and strengths based perspective and I want you to see real change. I also approach life from a Christian perspective and desire to show Christ's love and acceptance to all clients. I am currently under supervision as an LMSW by Phil Newman, LSCSW.
