I am an experienced (17+ years) psychotherapist with an intuitive, down to earth style. I specialize in LGBTQIQ issues, relationships, body image and self-esteem, sex and sexuality, working through trauma and family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, first responders and vicarious trauma, creativity and self-expression, and gender variance and transition. My work is relational and is rooted in an awareness of social and cultural realities. I provide a safe, stable, warm environment in which to explore and address your concerns.

In addition to working with adults and couples, I also work with families, and children of all ages. I have extensive experience working with complex mental health issues and addiction and can help individuals, families, and couples dealing with both.

I offer clinical consultation/supervision around issues related to clinical impasses, complex trauma, dissociation, personality disorders, countertransference, etc. I also offer consultation and training to agencies, schools, and other organizations regarding program development, LGBTQIQ competency, and trauma informed care, drawing on many years experience in clinical director and administrative roles.
