My goal is to first create a trusting and safe space to assist you in dealing with your issues. Using a client centered approach, I have been trained in a variety of evidenced passed practices including the following: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Expressive Modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Sand Tray.
