Feeling stuck, misunderstood, alone, or confused happens to most everyone at different points in life. Many turn to unhealthy coping methods such as abuse of alcohol or drugs, isolating from family or friends, lashing out at loved ones, avoiding our responsibilities, or acting out in self-destructive ways. Often, these feelings and behaviors worsen when one lacks a safe space to share and process through these issues and emotions. My intention is to hold a safe space for you to process your experiences.

I seek to understand your unique experience and support you in identifying reasons you feel and behave the way you do. I work collaboratively and non-judgmentally with you to explore and discover practical changes you can make that will bring clarity and more joy.
