I have a particular passion for working with Highly Sensitive People (HSP) — those who feel things deeply and need a therapeutic space that honors that sensitivity rather than pathologizing it. I also work with clients managing chronic pain and illness who want to show up more fully in their lives.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic techniques, Mindfulness, and Emotional Regulation strategies — always tailoring our work to your unique values, goals, and lived experience.
