Amy Paggeot's Groups
ACT for Anxiety and Trauma
**NOT CURRENTLY OFFERED** Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is aimed at helping you live a rich, full, and meaningful life. ACT works by helping you to clarify what a rich and satisfying life looks like for you, and helping you to find new ways of managing the fears, anxieties, and worries that get in the way. ACT is especially helpful for those who have already gone through treatment for their anxiety or trauma, but who continue to struggle with rebuilding their lives. The next cycle of the group will begin in summer 2021. Please visit paggeotpsychology.com to register.
Rewarding Relationships (PAIRS Essentials)
**NOT CURRENTLY OFFERED** The Rewarding Relationships workshop is a virtual, live weekly evening workshop series providing the internationally-renowned PAIRS Essentials skills training. Attendees will be provided with the information and modeling needed to successfully use these skills with their partners, and will be given time and opportunity to practice with each other. Upcoming dates: Wednesdays 6-8:30 pm, March 3rd-24th, 2020. Please go to Dr. Paggeot's website for more information and to register.
