Welcome! My private practice highlights an evidence-based approach to care, dedication to the provision of quality therapy, and a clinical emphasis on working with today’s modern professionals dealing with life (and all that comes with it). I understand that your time is valuable and offer an integrated approach (incorporating aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-oriented therapy, behavior theory, client centered therapy, and mindfulness techniques). I work collaboratively with my clients and am dedicated to their increased well-being. My approach to therapy is to be genuine, supportive, curious, and challenging.
I work with a range of clinical concerns and life stressors. However, I have a special interest in working with working professionals often in high stress positions who have an open, reflective mindset, a desire to be challenged, and an interest in personal growth. Common treatment areas include: clinical burn out, stress, toxic work environments, etc.
