I work with adults 18 and older. I am trained to work with anxiety, depression, trauma and nutrition for mental health. I use many different interventions and tools to assist in reduction of mental health symptoms. I also have experiences working with grief and loss, adjustment and borderline personality. I have over 14 years experience in mental health.
Seeking out therapy and a therapist is not an easy process for many people. It is important to me that your therapeutic experiences are met with non judgement, compassion and authenticity. In my office you have a space to feel safe and supported.
