About

If you’re looking for a place to go deep and sort through your own stuff so it stops holding you back, I can help. I will provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space that makes room for you and all of your wonderful weirdness. I believe that you are the expert on your experience, and it is my passion to be with you and support your unique process of growth and healing. I have experience working with teens and adults, from a variety of backgrounds, who have experienced trauma. As a queer therapist, I’m particularly adept at working with the LGBTQIA+, kink, and non-monogamous communities.
I utilize an existential approach to therapy that incorporates aspects of Internal Family Systems, expressive arts, and mindfulness-based practices. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy which is an effective method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences.
I know that finding a therapist can be a daunting and overwhelming process! Don’t let that stop you from reaching out and getting the care that you deserve. If it sounds like we might be a good match, please reach out via email to schedule a consultation.
