At any time in our lives, we may experience distance between where we are and where we'd like to be. Obstacles can sometimes stand in our way, and prevent us from achieving and living the life that we long for. I work with individuals and couples in a collaborative process to explore these obstacles, and to challenge old patterns and beliefs that may no longer be necessary, while finding new ways of thinking and living. With much compassion and understanding, I work with clients to facilitate healing and growth, grounded in a desire to empower others to achieve their goals, and to be brave, while deeply-rooted in hope.
I am passionate about what I do, and feel lucky to be a part of your journey. Rooted in a Family Systems approach, I have experience with depression, anxiety, loss/grief, life changes, infidelity, relational distress, blended families, co-parenting and stress management.
If you are ready to do the difficult yet rewarding work of healing, please give me a call. As a therapist, I'm here to help, and I hope you begin to feel relief, joy, and hope again very soon. "Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen". -Brene Brown
