Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or the impact of difficult life experiences, such as growing up in dysfunctionals home is normal. I work with you to support emotional healing and a stronger sense of self. I am also PSI trained in perinatal and postpartum mental health. I help with navigating family planning, loss, pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping to understand patterns, build practical coping skills, and feel more grounded and in control of your life. Together, we will develop the tools needed to strengthen resilience and create lasting change.
I utilize an integrated model of CBT and DBT, with a focus on trauma and PTSD, to help clients better understand their challenges and develop the skills to overcome them. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), both of which have been proven effective in processing difficult emotions.
I use a strength-based, collaborative approach to help clients build on the skills and resilience they already possess. Together, we will identify meaningful goals, strengthen support systems, and develop practical tools for healing and growth. When needed, I also help connect clients with community resources to support long-term wellness and stability.
