I spent several years as a School Counselor working with students, parents and teachers. Before that I worked with clients at a community life center with a wide range of needs including: anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, difficult life transitions, and conflict. I use EMDR to help process not only trauma but anxiety, OCD and other mental health issues.
