I am currently accepting new clients for virtual/telehealth sessions who are struggling with ongoing substance or alcohol use, or individuals who are currently in recovery and would like support in creating and navigating a sober lifestyle. I believe therapy is a courageous first step in long-term and sustainable change, and that each individual has their own path to sobriety. I am committed to meeting you exactly where you are in your recovery without judgement, and helping you explore your strengths and experiences to live a happier, healthier life free from alcohol and substances.
A lived experience in recovery allows me to empathize and relate on many levels, and to truly appreciate the struggles of addiction and co-occurring disorders. We will address the underlying issues of your addiction and create new habits and positive thinking patterns in the process.
Please know you are not alone in this journey. Recovery is possible, and we can navigate your unique path together.
