About
We are all on a journey of growth and change. Are you feeling as though you need to change to create balance in your life? Reaching out for help takes courage and resilience. In my practice I strive to create a genuine, safe, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship with clients based in trust, empowerment, and compassion. My approach is holistic, incorporating mind and body to gain the tools to create more peace in your life. We all have the strength to make positive change in our lives, we may need support, and guidance in recognizing those strengths.
My specialties include working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma in their lives, children with behavioral issues, families in conflict, people with anxiety and depression. Utilizing a variety of interventions and approaches to best meet my client's needs.
Sometimes it helps to have a professional there to support, listen and gently guide us on this journey of healing in our lives. With patience and insight, you will begin to feel more wholly connected to yourself which will bring peace, calm and lasting change.
