Through the use of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I can offer a tailored approach to individual clients. CBT helps to challenge negative thought patterns which can lead to anxiety or depression. EMDR is effective in reprocessing difficult life events.
