Whether it is dealing with a difficult season of life, emotional issues, or another mental health issue, I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples as they journey through their concerns. Our sessions will draw from various therapeutic models to initiate change and growth. These models include: Internal Family Systems informed work, Psychodynamic (our past informs our present behavior), Nervous system psycho-education, and Somatic awareness to facilitate a deeper awareness of your body.
I am passionate about helping my clients learn about how their nervous system is involved in their mental health.
