Hi, I’m Amy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. I began my career as a medical social worker, where I gained firsthand understanding of how physical health conditions affect emotional well being. For the past six years I have provided teletherapy through WellQor, where I developed a passion for supporting seniors and mature adults navigating grief, life transitions, health changes, anxiety, and depression.
My approach is holistic and eclectic, incorporating person centered and strengths based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and trauma informed care. Together we focus on building insight, resilience, and practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges.
