My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and understood. Together, we’ll explore your unique strengths and values, work through challenges, and build toward the life you want. Have you ever felt so misunderstood that it felt traumatizing? I specialize in blending IFS and EMDR to support those experiencing trauma from being misunderstood. This approach explores internal parts, reprocesses traumatic memories, and fosters self-compassion. My goal is to create a safe space for healing and self-acceptance.
