Are you struggling with feeling anxious, depressed, or having sleep issues? Ever wonder what your dreams mean in your waking life linked to your subconscious mind? Sleep disorders and analyzing dreams are my cup of tea. Let's be real for a second; we ALL have had moments of situational depression, anxiety, sleep issues and grief with just being a human living the human experience. Have you lost someone you love recently? I am here to help walk you through your grief.
I specialize in depression/anxiety, sleep hygiene, low self-esteem, dream journal analysis and grief/loss. My approach is integrative, recognizing the interconnectedness between mind, body, spirit, and life experience — drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches to promote healing, growth, and wellness.
I believe every human deserves respect, love, compassion approached with empathy, to feel important, to build on one's strengths, and utilizing what emotionally hurt us as a catalyst for change. I hope to help you change your perspective and awaken the elements in your soul for your life! Email me to set-up a time to begin your internal cultivation!
