With training in interpersonal and intergenerational trauma, my approach is psychodynamic and relational. I avoid prescriptive techniques and see each person as a unique and complex individual whose early environment and lived experiences inform their present. My style is exploratory and validating - I let my patients lead, and adapt our work accordingly.
