I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in working with pre-teens, teens, young adults, and adults with anxiety, depression, academic or job difficulties, or recent trauma. I also provide ADHD, diagnostic, and comprehensive psychological evaluations to help you understand yourself (or your child) better. In our first few sessions, you can expect a safe space to share your concerns, identify your goals, and start working toward building the life you want to live.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and interpersonal approaches. I believe that we are partners in the processes of assessment and therapy, working together to help you better understand yourself, make the changes you desire, and cultivate your strengths.
I love working with individuals with complex backgrounds or neurodiversity, including trauma, suicide attempts or self-harm, recent hospitalizations, or multiple diagnoses. I also love supporting individuals who are high-achieving, gifted, and/or perfectionists to manage mood, reduce anxiety, and build positive self-esteem.
