I bring not only 25 years of high-level clinical training, certification in EMDR, & experience providing trauma-informed psychotherapy, but also a steady, compassionate presence that helps clients feel at ease right away. My practice is built on deep listening, genuine warmth, and an attunement that allows you to explore even painful experiences without feeling alone or judged. Fluent in English and Spanish, I offer therapy that feels accessible and culturally attuned in both languages.
I work primarily with adults who are facing anxiety, PTSD, depression, grief, overwhelming emotions, or relationship struggles—whether rooted in past experiences or brought on by sudden change, loss or trauma. I also help tweens and teens who’ve had recent traumatic experiences like car accidents, violence, abuse/neglect or strong fears (dogs, needles).
Together we do more than reduce symptoms. We uncover what is keeping you stuck, heal old wounds, and build new skills so you can experience greater ease in the present moment, stronger & more satisfying relationships, clearer direction, and a deeper connection to your purpose—living it out more fully in your everyday life.
