I can help you find purpose and clarity in your personal life and in your relationships. You deserve to make fulfilling changes in your life and to feel better connected to the ones you love. Whether you are attempting to gain insight individually, want to feel better connected as a couple, or wish to improve your family and interpersonal relationships, I would be honored to support you in your goals.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I have experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have completed Level 3 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and the Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) externship. I've also completed training through Perinatal Support Washington and support those with perinatal mood disorders.
I especially enjoy working with individuals and couples who are experiencing infertility, as well as those who are actively navigating the transition to parenthood. I believe this phase of life is one of the most meaningful yet trying experiences and would love to support you through this process.
