I work with adults and older teens (16+) struggling with OCD, anxiety disorders, and depression. Many of my clients feel trapped by intrusive thoughts, excessive worry, perfectionism, or self-doubt. You may find yourself checking, seeking reassurance, avoiding situations, replaying conversations, or feeling like you need certainty before moving forward. While these behaviors bring temporary relief, they often leave you feeling exhausted and stuck. Together, we'll work toward lasting recovery and a life no longer driven by fear.
I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. I also use CBT and ACT to help clients build resilience and respond differently to difficult thoughts. Therapy is active, collaborative, and tailored to your goals, helping you create meaningful, lasting change.
Living with OCD, anxiety, or depression can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and empowered. Recovery is possible, and I'd be honored to help you take the next step toward the life you want.
