Hello! I specialize in relational therapy with couples and individuals to support trauma integration, individuation, and secure relationships. My areas of expertise include relationship dynamics, intimacy, life transitions, identity, spirituality, and complex trauma. I view therapy as a dedicated container to foster soul-centered transformation. As a biracial Korean-American who has studied diverse subjects in diverse places, I have a breadth of experiential knowledge that enriches therapy. I utilize a range of evidence-based interventions tailored to each case and support mind-body-soul healing by integrating meditative drumming, ancestral and archetypal wisdom, reiki, and somatic exercises.
I offer somatic resourcing intensives that combine psychoeducation and embodiment practices to facilitate a more authentic and empowered life. This series also prepares clients for EMDR.
