Before becoming a therapist, I spent my days in the classroom. My background in education means I have a deep, practical understanding of child development and the unique hurdles kids face at school. I know how stressful it is for parents to see their child struggle, and I’m here to help.
I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy. I utilize a variety of theories to meet the needs of each individual client that I see. I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Family Systems, Play Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help my clients reach their true potential.
