Welcome to Life Centered Therapy and Spiritual Counseling, LLC. My specialty is the field of Addictions, Trauma and providing care for gender non-conforming (GNC) people and spiritual connections for a lifestyle of recovery. I believe that everyone has the right to express their authentic self and reach their full potential as human beings. I provide individual psychotherapy to adults ages 18 to 75+ who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, life crisis, trauma or chemical dependency.
I welcome and provide care work regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation. Throughout my life I have witnessed the incredible ability how human behaviors are shaped and the need to be connected to others within a relationship(s) make a difference in life's journey and recovery from past struggles.
I offer a safe space to process what has been experienced or currently experiencing in daily life. Therapy can assist in finding a sense of purpose, genuine and authentic self for a new path in the journey that awaits us.
