I work with individuals and partners who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Many come to therapy wanting deeper connection, relief from anxiety or depression, support through life transitions, or help understanding emotional and relational patterns that keep repeating. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. Drawing from relational therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, Hakomi, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I help clients slow down, feel more at ease, and move toward greater self-understanding, authenticity, and connection.
I offer relational, somatically informed therapy that helps clients slow down, notice what is happening inside, and explore the patterns shaping their relationships and sense of self. With 20+ years of yoga practice and teaching, along with training in Hakomi, I integrate mindfulness, body awareness, curiosity, and practical tools for healing.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you are carrying pain, uncertainty, or patterns that have felt hard to change. I offer a warm, genuine, and compassionately curious space where you do not have to have everything figured out. If you feel ready to begin, I would be honored to support you in taking that next step.
