I work adults and teens in both Lafayette and Oakland, California. I specialize in : General Anxiety and Depression, Grief and Loss, Pre and Postpartum Depression and Anxiety, Recovery from trauma (EMDR), Codependency for family members and friends struggling with living with or loving someone in active addiction.
My style is warm-hearted, down-to-earth, nurturing and directive when it is needed. I aim to approach you with compassion, curiosity and unconditional positive regard.
