I’m a Stanford Health and Cedars-Sinai medical center trained therapist, with 16 years mental health experience. I work with Adults, Adolescence, and Kids. I offer Individual therapy specializing in Medical Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Acute Stress, Phobias, Self-Esteem, Teen Athletic and Team Emotional Resiliency, Grief and Loss, Chronic Illness, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Career Challenges, and Marital Conflict.
