Do you feel like past or current challenges leave you feeling stuck? Are you feeling lost, unmotived or hopeless? Have you noticed yourself falling into unhealthy patterns? Are you seeking a therapeutic space that acknowledges you as a whole, complex person while you work toward your goals and get back on track? I work with individuals (18+), parents and families to address these concerns. As your therapist, I will work with you on what you are doing well, equip you with needed knowledge, skills, and resources, and empower you to get “unstuck” as you heal, adapt, and thrive.
I work with clients looking to overcome the challenges in their life. My extensive training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) along with CBT, DBT, Strengths-Based Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Solutions-Focused Therapy gives me a variety of evidence-based tools to address trauma, grief, depression, addiction, mood, and anxiety concerns.
In our therapeutic work, we will develop an authentic relationship that balances challenges and support as we establish a collaborative partnership tailored to your specific goals and needs. My approach to therapy is rooted in my core belief, that in life everyone is doing the best they can, yet at times we can all feel stuck. I look forward to meeting you!
