Does life feel overwhelming and not how you imagined it would be? Do you feel like you are a human "doing" instead of a human "being"? Do you feel anxious or depressed, hoping that happiness will come when people or circumstances change? Ultimately, you are the only person who has the ability to make the changes necessary to find inner peace and balance in your life. Let's work together to identify your personal strengths and use them to move you toward the life you want to live. You do not have to feel "stuck" forever.
I am a licensed psychologist who has worked in the Primary Care/Women's Clinic setting and supervised psychology trainees for 15 years. I work with issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, loss/grief, parenting, and healthy behavior change. I also work with parents of children with special needs/food allergies/health issues.
Change is achievable with courage, patience, and support. Inner peace and emotional balance are obtainable, but only by creating it. If you are considering making a change in your life and would like assistance in a safe and supportive environment, I welcome you to call me for a free consultation.
