Refilling Your Cup

A therapy support group for mothers of children with special needs. Caregiver stress impacts our minds, bodies, and souls. This group focuses on issues of self-care, problem-solving, stress management, relaxation, and resilience. You cannot pour from an empty cup, so come and refill yours in a safe, supportive, judgement-free environment with other moms who are struggling with similar issues. Sessions are 1-2x per month on a Sunday morning. $40 per session. Call for more information.

Anxiety Mangagement Workshop for Food Allergy Moms

Caring for a child with food allergies can present a unique set of chronic stressors. Many food allergy moms report experiencing frequent worry/anxiety in addition to constant advocating and problem-solving. This workshop is specifically designed to address issues of stress-management, coping, resilience, and posttraumatic growth in mothers of children with life-threatening food allergies. Led by a licensed psychologist and food allergy mom. Offered periodically, please call for information regarding next workshop date.
