I use an advanced type of cognitive behavior therapy which is proven to provide fast and long-lasting relief. I will take the time to understand your unique situation and create a personalized plan that focuses on teaching you powerful new tools and measuring treatment effectiveness. Through our collaborative work, you will make lasting positive changes that help you find joy and fulfillment in your life.

My practice incorporates an evidence-based cognitive therapy approach developed by Dr. David Burns which is proven to be highly effective. Clients typically begin to experience relief within 10 - 12 sessions. In addition, I am certified in CBT-I and provide a six session cognitive therapy program proven to be highly effective for treating insomnia.
