Are you a woman who was raised in a dysfunctional family environment and now find you are having trouble in relationships, parenting, or feeling good about yourself? I offer a space that brings knowledge, practical skills, and compassion to helping you create a more functional present and future so you can show up as the person you want to be.

I specialize in helping women who were raised by difficult parents find self-compassion, develop positive beliefs about themselves and, if they are parents, become the moms they want to be even if they didn't have healthy parents.

I offer services to help family members from age 8 through adulthood develop the skills they need to cope with - and recover from - impacts of difficult family patterns from childhood or previous abusive relationships. I bring sensitivity, a breadth of knowledge, and respect to a collaborative relationship, helping my clients restore resilience.
