I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based just north of Nashville, Tennessee. I see clients throughout Tennessee via telehealth and also see clients in person in my office, which is about 30 minutes north of Nashville. My style and approach are typically a good fit for both older adolescents and adults throughout their different stages of life. Having been through many stages of life myself and also raising two teenagers/young adults, I feel like I can relate to people of many ages.
I work to create a welcoming and judgment-free environment for my clients. I use humor when appropriate and encourage clients to express themselves freely.
