Welcome! I provide counseling for adults and children, grounded in the neuroscience of connection and co-regulation. I believe that consistent therapeutic attunement with a safe and regulated provider supports nervous system healing and emotional growth. I utilize trauma-informed approaches rooted in connection and the understanding that the brain can heal and grow. I believe that when someone feels truly seen, safe, and supported, big changes can happen. My goal is to create a space where you feel valued and understood and to help you bring that same sense of connection and regulation into your daily life.
As a Registered Play Therapist, I support children and teens through play, attachment, and neuroscience, helping them feel seen and heard. I am also EMDR-trained and draw from evidence-based treatments I’m trained in. I support adults through trauma-responsive approaches to foster insight, healing, and nervous system regulation in a safe, supportive space.
