I believe that each individual has a natural ability to heal and that therapy can be a useful tool in this journey. I am honored to have the opportunity to support individuals in discovering their own strength and capacity to challenge habits that are no longer working. My approach is collaborative, and I endeavor to offer compassion, respect, and non-judgmental support within the therapeutic relationship.
I offer strategies to help those who are navigating stress and anxiety. I have extensive experience supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community as well as individuals that have been diagnosed with ASD. I also have experience supporting individuals navigating pregnancy, the postpartum experience, and parenting. I have completed training in EMDR.
I welcome you to contact me for a free telephone consultation so we can explore your needs and determine if I will be a good fit for you. I currently have openings for daytime/weekday appointments and can meet both virtually and in person.
