I work with couples and individuals offering Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Expressive Therapies, in addition to traditional talk therapy. These approaches provide emotive and creative contexts for clients to gain awareness and discover new paths for healing. Together we can determine how these can be integrated.
I treat issues including relational, life transitions, wellness, grief/loss, mood, and I am trauma informed. My approach is emotionally focused, somatic (body), and systemic/relational. Women's Wellness Group
Welcoming women to form a dynamic group who want to connect with others about the challenges and rewards of life! This is a general women's support group addressing such issues as empowerment, boundaries, life balance, autonomy/intimacy, relationships, families, career, phase of life, overall health of body, mind and spirit, as well as other issues as determined by the group.
