I work with adult couples and individuals offering EFT- Emotionally Focused Therapy, SE- Somatic Experiencing, and Parts Work/ Inner Child, as these approaches provide creative contexts to heal and grow.
I treat issues including relational, life transitions, women’s wellness, grief/loss, mood, all through a trauma informed lens. Women's Wellness Group
Welcoming women to form a dynamic group who want to connect with others about the challenges and rewards of life! This is a general women's support group addressing such issues as empowerment, boundaries, life balance, autonomy/intimacy, relationships, families, career, phase of life, overall health of body, mind and spirit, as well as other issues as determined by the group.
