Welcome to a place of support for those relationships most important to you. I offer therapy in a relational context which explores the interconnectedness between self and others. I believe this is vital to well living. When relationships are out of balance, disconnectedness can occur. By creating awareness, empowerment can be found and utilized for change. I invite you to better navigate yourself and your relations!
I work with couples, families, and individuals. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Expressive Therapies. These approaches and tools provide emotive and creative contexts for clients to gain insight, acceptance, and discover new paths for healing. Together we can determine how these can be integrated into our work.
I treat many issues, including grief & loss, depression, anxiety, relational issues, life transitions and wellness. My approach with clients is client centered, emotionally focused, cognitive/behavioral, and systemic/relational. I offer a humanistic approach which provides self-discovery and empowerment. Contact me to consult further as I look forward to connecting you!
