Self care is so important for each person and if we neglect ourselves to care for others, we may have increases in depression and anxiety. Asking for help when things begin to feel overwhelming is the first step in finding the solution. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Solution Focused Treatment I have been able to help others “find themselves”, so that they can find the joy they so much deserve once again.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression for adolescent and adults. I especially enjoy working with new parents and helping them overcome the challenges and obstacles of embarking in this new life change. I have had the pleasure of assisting others find their way in life, leading them to become the best version of themselves they can be.
I am here to offer support and guidance through any life changes and challenges you are facing. Together we can get you back to feeling like “you” so that you can succeed in all of your relationships.
